Wow! Sarah Hart is simply brilliant! She clearly had read my relevant records and asked a full range of questions about my lifestyle and listened carefully to my responses. She came up with a PLAN for a six-month patient initiated follow up [PIFU] which is quite challenging to follow, but I am making progress! Coffee is almost OUT and I am taking in the total recommended amount of fluids daily. Just one "improvement" I could mention is to emphasise the importance of keeping up liquids containing electrolytes, such as including some orange juice, milk etc --- but maybe she did. It's boring to stuff myself with too much water. I am astonished at the speed of respnse and accuracy of Dr Hart's letter to Dr Adams, of which I have a copy. Above all, what a very nice, cheerful and reassuring doctor she is!

I found Dr Hart to be a great communicator. She had fully read my records before my appointment, and her openness and willingness to answer my questions fully and frankly in terms I understood, inspired a lot of confidence. I came away knowing exactly what should happen next.
